1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and RamFlow AI ("RamFlow", "we", "us") and govern your access to and use of the RamFlow platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms.

2. The Service

RamFlow provides online invoicing, GST compliance, expense tracking and accounting tools for businesses. We may add, change or remove features to improve the Service. The Service is provided on an ongoing subscription basis.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the business you register.

4. Plans, billing & free tier

RamFlow offers a free Starter plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment partner.

• Free plan: available without charge, subject to the limits described on our Pricing page.
• Paid plans: fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes (including GST) may apply.
• You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
• Upload malicious code or infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

6. Your data & responsibilities

You retain ownership of the data you enter into RamFlow. You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, tax filings and financial records. RamFlow is a tool to assist you and does not constitute legal, tax or accounting advice — please consult a qualified professional for your specific situation.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks and content (excluding your data), is owned by RamFlow and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Availability & support

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, and will give reasonable notice of planned downtime where practicable. Support is provided through the channels described in your plan.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RamFlow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms RamFlow or other users. On termination, you may export your data for a reasonable period.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
